I think at times I didn’t think I was even going to make it but Kylie has made it great pushing me all the way and getting me to see things in a different way which sometime I do need a bit of a kick up the butt but I can honestly say I’ve enjoyed my time while doing LMA.

I loved the way Clint makes the course so enjoyable to come to every class week. He is very enthusiastic and passionate about what he does and this helps a lot. Everyone in the class were lovely and being the only girl I thought could be intimidating but it was the opposite, everyone was welcoming and lovely. I have taken everything from the course on board and will keep this for the future. I am managing my time better, I cant start my day without my diary, I am managing people and understanding them better. It really has helped me a lot even though I have been in management for a while but not particular with this role it has definitely improved my skills.

I enjoyed the discussions in the workshops with the other classmates and Coreen, it was a chance to learn off other people what works for them and also to give your advice at the same time. I can see how this has helped myself become more aware of me role and the team I have around me. I achieved 2 win-win goals and have one still to complete. The first was bringing the average turnaround time of results reported to client under 48 hours. The second teaching the new member of the team new methods so he can be more effective at his job. The third I am still currently completing, which is my Certificate 3. Whether not it get’s done before my target date I am still pleased this has helped me make a significant effort in getting it completed.
