The introduction, creation and implementation of my Master list of business and personal goals through to goal setting on a regular basis achieving, these goals that I have set for myself was very rewarding. The introduction to project planning through the change project and leading the change project was a massive challenge and the learning’s that I gained from this are unforgettable.

So many great course aspects – The amount of self-awareness I have received from this course has been truly amazing. it has enabled me to project myself much more in the organisation, whilst becoming both a formal & informal leader for many personnel. The change project was career changing, in that it has enabled contingency & succession planning to be written into our Departmental processes. We have up-skilled from within, and the tools that the course has made available, have crystallised both learning & development styles. Due to the changes we have implemented, we have been able to take our new process and implement it on a national level, to other branches of our organisation. Such a great feeling! Becoming aware of HPA’s was such a light bulb moment! And to springboard from the clarification of what is most important in my role, to what my time is worth, definitely created a whole new viewpoint of how to go about my role.
